A little spotting to text block edges and sporadically elsewhere. Dust jacket: fair. Unclipped and with some light edge wear. Small closed tears to head & tail of spine reinforced from behind with adhesive tape. Some chipping to head & tail of spine. Generally rubbed and soiled with spotting. Spine a little discoloured. The book describes Cambridge through the ages from the Medieval to the modern. Crammed with 130 illustrations, taken from prints and engravings, and from photographs. Also four colour plates from old prints.
